The video opens with the Boise State University logo and name. It then transitions to a close-up of a young woman, Mariah Gerber, who is identified as a transfer student studying business management. She speaks about the support she has received. The scene then shifts to her interacting with someone holding a microphone, and she continues to speak about the encouragement she has received.
