A shirtless, muscular man speaking directly to the camera.

The video opens with a shirtless, muscular man speaking directly to the camera. He gestures to show images of different physiques. First, a very muscular man on gymnastic rings, then a man in underwear with a lean, muscular build. The speaker then shows an image of four men with average to overweight physiques. The pacing is quick, with rapid cuts between the speaker and the images.
