A surprise birthday party for a grandmother.

The ad opens with a close-up of toast with jam. It then transitions to an older woman sitting alone at a dining table. A family, including a young girl, arrives at her door with balloons and a cake, surprising her. They then move outside to install a bird feeder on a tree. The family watches the feeder on a phone, showing birds eating. The ad ends with the family gathered around a table with the bird feeder box and cake, looking at the phone screen.
