The title text "WAKAF PENERANGAN MASJID" (Mosque Lighting Waqf) is large and yellow, immediately drawing attention to the purpose of the video.

The video is a montage of three distinct scenes. The top scene shows a group of people, some wearing hijabs, looking at something on a table, with a mosque in the background. The middle scene features a man in a baseball cap and sweatshirt speaking directly to the camera in an unfinished building, gesturing with his hands. The bottom scene shows a large group of people, mostly women and children, sitting on the floor of a mosque, listening to someone. The video is edited with quick cuts between these scenes.
