The question "WHAT DOES FOOD MEAN TO YOU?" appears on screen.

The video opens with a woman in a red jacket in a kitchen, then cuts to a family meal with children. It then shows the woman feeding cows in a barn, riding a horse through a field, and interacting with children in a field. The video ends with a black screen showing the Organic Valley logo and production credits.
