The opening of the heart-shaped box revealing a rose and necklace.

The video opens with a close-up of a red heart-shaped box that opens to reveal a preserved red rose in a clear cube and a necklace in a drawer. The box is then shown being closed and opened again, revealing the rose and necklace. A hand pulls open the drawer to show the necklace and a message card. The necklace is a knot design with a diamond. The message card reads 'To My Beautiful Wife... Love, Your Husband'. The video then shows a woman sitting on a couch, looking surprised as a man hands her a small red gift box. The final frames show text overlays.
