A woman in a serene yoga pose against a beautiful sky.

The ad opens with a close-up of a woman with her eyes closed, arms raised, against a blue sky. This transitions to a wider shot of her doing a yoga pose on a rooftop at sunset, overlooking a city. Then, it shifts to a young man sitting on a bed in a dimly lit room, looking down. The final scenes show a smartphone displaying an online course, a finger tapping the 'Book Now' button, and then the AOK logo and tagline.
