The OB/GYN speaking directly to the camera about politicians interfering with patient care.

The video opens with a medium shot of a woman, identified as Dr. Anna, an OB/GYN, speaking directly to the camera. She has dark hair and is wearing a rust-colored sweater. Behind her, a bookshelf is visible. The scene then cuts to a close-up of Donald Trump speaking at a podium, with a red, striped background and blurred figures in the background. The video alternates between these two speakers.
