A woman hugging her dog.

The ad opens with a close-up of a woman hugging a small black and white dog. The Allianz logo appears in the top left corner. The scene transitions to a woman with red hair speaking directly to the camera, with the Allianz logo visible. Text identifies her as 'Alena Reinhard, Allianz Kundin'. The dog is then shown running through a field. The camera pans across a field with trees and houses in the distance. A close-up of an X-ray of a dog's knee is shown, with a finger pointing to a torn ligament. The dog is then held by two people, presumably a vet and owner. The woman speaks again, and the ad ends with the Allianz logo and slogan.
