The initial shot of the pool with the text "J'clapote." and the subsequent splashing sounds create an immediate sense of fun and relaxation.

The ad opens with a shot of a swimming pool with a beach ball floating on the surface. The text "J'clapote." appears in white 3D letters. Then, people jump into the pool, creating splashes. The camera then pans out to reveal a stunning aerial view of a modern house with a pool, situated on a cliff overlooking a beautiful bay and beach. The scene transitions to a mobile app interface displaying the same house as a listing, with details like rating and location.
