A couple struggling with moving boxes into a new home.

The ad opens with a man and woman carrying moving boxes into a house. The man is wearing a green shirt and jeans, and the woman is wearing a patterned top and dark pants. They are entering through a doorway, with more boxes and furniture visible outside. The scene transitions to a close-up of the man looking at a light switch. Then, a graphic appears with the AGL logo and text about their 'Power on Guarantee'. The couple is shown again, still carrying boxes, looking slightly stressed. The ad ends with the AGL logo and a tagline.
