The initial shot of the 'City Hall' building and the person walking by.

The video opens with a shot of a brick building with 'City Hall' signage above storefronts. A person walks by. The scene transitions inside a clothing store with shelves full of folded clothes and mannequins. A man in an orange jacket interacts with a cashier. A vintage television shows a black and white security camera feed of the store. The man then examines a voucher. The ad ends with the '1Voucher' logo and website.
