A man showing his large belly and stating 'That was me a year ago'.

The video opens with a side profile of a man with a large belly, then transitions to a close-up of the same man speaking directly to the camera. It then shows a doctor in a suit, a woman looking stressed at a computer, an older man meditating, and finally, a product shot of a 'Methylation Genetic Test' kit. The pacing is a mix of direct address and illustrative scenes.
