The initial scene in a recording studio with a man playing guitar.

The ad opens in a recording studio with a man in a tan jacket looking at a mixing board. Another man plays guitar in the background. The scene shifts to the man in the tan jacket interacting with an older man at the mixing board, both smiling. Then, the man in the tan jacket looks through a window into another room where a man stands. He gestures with his hand. The scene cuts to the man in the tan jacket speaking to the camera, then looking at his phone. The phone screen shows a list of job candidates. The ad then shows a laptop screen with a video call of a candidate. The final scene shows the man in the tan jacket relaxing in a lounge area with guitars and platinum records on the wall. The pacing is quick, cutting between scenes.
