The EY Smart Move logo with a gradient border and the text "GRADUATE APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN".

The ad opens with the EY Smart Move logo. It then transitions to a montage of diverse young adults in various settings: walking, playing basketball, waiting for a tram, running by the sea, playing a sport, in a meeting, on a video call, and socializing outdoors. The pacing is dynamic, intercutting between individual shots and split screens. The final sequence shows four individuals standing outside an EY building, smiling and looking towards the camera. The ad ends with the EY Smart Move logo again.
