The text "TUVISTE UN ACCIDENTE EN UN UBER" and the image of a cracked phone on the street.

The ad opens with a man looking at his phone on a sunny street with traffic in the background. The scene shifts to a cracked phone on a wet street with fallen leaves, then to a man looking at a scenic view on his phone, and finally to two men shaking hands in an office. The pacing is quick, intercutting between different scenes and text overlays.
